REFUND POLICY

Return, Refund & Shipping Policy


ResveratrolCR, Inc. d.b.a. Take vYv (referred herein as “take vYv”, the “Company,” or sometimes “we” or “us” or “our”), is the owner and operator of www.takevYv.com (the “Website,” or “Site”).  We offer certain refunds and returns for our product and pursuant to our shipping policy as provided in this Return, Refund and Shipping policy (the “Policy”) below. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service Policy and other policies provided in our Website.


Damage Due to Freight or Shipping


We test all our products for quality, and we carefully inspect all products before they leave our warehouse.  Upon delivery of your order, please check your product to ensure it was not damaged during shipping.  With our quality control and procedures addressing shipping, damage to a particular shipment is very rate.  Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping.  Please include a full description of the damage to the product.  All claims for damaged product(s) must be submitted to hello@takevyv.com within 48 hours from delivery and then return the damaged product(s) as provided for below in the Returning Product section of this Policy.  For a return, or replacement, of the damaged product(s), or refund for the cost of the product(s), see the Return and Refund sections provided for below.  


Returns


Take vYv products purchased through our Website include a 15 day right for you to return your product(s) (the “Return Period”).   The Return Period commences on the date of our shipment to you for product(s) purchased through our Site.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to provide us with a dated receipt or proof of purchase.

Assuming your requirements (1) for damaged product(s) or (2) returns are met, we will ship (1) a replacement product(s) for damage or (2) refund your money as provided for in the Refund section below.

If the Return Period elapses from the date of shipment for your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


Refunds (if applicable)


Whether it be a return for damage or pursuant to the Return section above, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund based in meeting the requirements listed above.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a shipment of a replacement product(s) or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing returns or refunds (if applicable)


If you have not received your replacement product(s) for damage in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at hello@takevyv.com.

If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@takevyv.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy


We may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Certain take vYv products may not be available in your region. If a take vYv product is not available, you will not be able to submit your order at checkout. For shipments within the United States and its territories, you should expect your order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days pending your shipping preference chosen at checkout. Please contact us at hello@takevyv.com with any questions about your shipment.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00. 

On orders less than $75.00 within the U.S., shipping rates are published on our Website during the checkout process.

If you are shipping an item for either a refund or return valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

If you select one of our expedited shipping options (2nd Day or Next Day Air), we will fulfill any orders placed before 10:00 am MST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.  This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
